I have the exact same problem with my sweating, and I, alike all of yall, havn't found a cure, but I did find a solution. GIRLS LISTEN UP - don't reduce your choices of clothing to those baggy T-shirts. You can still wear your girly shirts, you'll just have to do what I do...Take some clear packaging tape and put it on the insides of your shirt sleeve, just a small piece at the arm pit spot. IT HELPS ALOT. When you sweat, that makes it so it doesn't go to your shirt, it stays where it's at. I love being able to wear my tiny shirts again. I hope I helped a little. :)

Hey Guys,

I'm one of those people, who no matter what I do, sweat. I've learned that this excessive sweating is more of an inner problem, rather than a physical outer problem. Meaning, my mind controls how much I sweat. I realized this when I started to notice my sweating patterns. Whenever I am alone, I never sweat, I can work out, dance, run, go outside in amazingly hot weather, yet still I will not sweat. However, when there is just one other person around me, immediately I will sweat. And it also depends on who is around me, when it's just my mother and I, I hardly ever sweat, but once I'm around that cute guy, or around a bunch of strangers, I will sweat. I've come to realize that one of the best strategies to reducing my sweat is to become relaxed and not worry about it. The minute I start to think about it, is the minute I sweat. One day I woke up and told myself I would not sweat, therefore I wore clothes that I usually would not, and I went the whole day without sweating, I was near alot of people, and did not sweat. However, that was only one day, it was like my confidence was so high. I just can't seem to get that confidence back, I try to remain calm, however it does not work all the time, because I really can not make myself more calm. So, instead of finding out what products to use, I really should focus on how to control my anxiety, how to become more confident and more calm. All that I have right now is chanting, because I am a buddhist. So I chant to become more calm, relaxed, and less anxious, and with that I know I will be able to stop my sweating. But in the mean time I will try drysol and these dress shields. However, I think everyone should know that sweating is more of an emotional problem, rather than a physical one. We're all focusing on what products to use, and whatnot to change our situations when really all we need to do is change our inner selves. Good luck, and wish me mine as well ( :

p.s. I also found that by announcing your sweating, it helps you to ease your anxiety. For example, during a big meeting I had this one lady announce to me that she was sweating, I did not look at her like, "eww that's gross", instead it made me appreciate her more. So, if I tell everyone, "oh man, my armpits are sweaty" it will make me feel better in the meantime. Because I know that sweating can be so embarrassing, almost as if you stink really bad. So by letting people know about your problem, not only will it make you feel better, it will give you more chances of getting help and advice.

Try urinating on a towel then wiping it under your arm, the chemicals from your urine will react with your sweat and it nulls the problem totally. Do it for a week then you should be fine. It sounds gross but it does work. I'm sweat free.

I'm 19 and was sweating for 2 years, massively! couldnt even go on a night out without with my mates without a jacket, which is bad when its in the middle of summer. But this method did work for me and i'm confident that it will for you, good luck ... I know what it's like.
