As someone who has developed major sweating discomfort very similar to Dave’s symptoms late in life, I can seriously call into question a couple of the e-book author’s claims.

“First, he recommends that excessive sweaters completely stop using soap or any soap-like products under their arms. Second, instead of using soap, Ramsey instructs sweaters to scrub their underarms with a natural loofah sponge each day and then wash them with a washcloth. And finally, says Ramsey, stop using antiperspirants.”

First, I rarely use soap, I’m not afraid to admit. I always bathe and frequently scrub, but I don’t feel the need to soap most of the time. Second, I stopped using anti-perspirants years ago and switched to natural deodorants (Tom’s of Maine). I still deal with excessive sweating and refuse to inject myself with botox or sever some of my nerves to prevent the problems.

im younger than u think and have excessive sweating its soo embarressing being the only one in my skool who sweats so much!!! even just sitting in class doing nothin makes me sweat and i do not know why.
