Hi Cheryl,

Thank you for becoming part of the community. I wish you all the best - keep at it.

The guide comes to your inbox - and it spread over a couple of weeks. I do that to try to encourage readers to take action one step at a time.

All the best

Hi,

I signed up for your free guide to stop excessive sweating last night. I have suffered from excessive sweating since roughly 2002. It is under my arms, in the chest region, on my back at times, some palmer, and even plantar recently. I was researching options and believe me, I have been trying to help treat the condition. It is interesting that many of the things in your first 4 steps I started doing already, although admittedly I am going to be a little more diligent. An example is that an icepack helps worn on my stomach and taking a towel; but I need a kit like you said. I wondered do you get the guide in parts at your email address or do I use the site to get the guide.

Thanks so much. I want to try what you did especially because I am not convinced drastic procedures will work and they have great risks/limitations in my case in particular.
