Reader Tip #4 – Anxiety

by Howard on September 30, 2010

The first thing was my understanding of the problem and what its causes. I realized that the reason I sweat a lot is not because of the heat or high temperature condition, it’s when I get nervous.

The second thing is, always trying to be relaxed and think how to deal with all situations that make me nervous.

So I found that there is very big relation between nerve system and sweating and this gave me a very good starting to overcome my fear of something was unknown to me.
