Reader Tip #6 – Control

by Howard on September 30, 2010

I find using a mixture of deodorants useful, I use Driclor (roll on) and Linden Voss Triple Dry (stick) every night. Then in the day I use a spray deodorant.

Knowing I have this protection gives me peace of mind, but if I do find myself in a situation that triggers my excessive sweating then even these deodorants can’t stop it. I am happy with these deodorants but wish to experiment with more just in case I find I more effective one.

By keeping a record of when I sweat and what triggers it really made me understand that the reason why I sweat is when I experience an emotion that gets my body worked up, so I guess whenever I release adrenaline. When I feel myself get into these situations, I calm myself down and keep reminding myself that if I do happen to sweat it is ok because I have deodorant and wipes with me at all times (the ’kit’ you suggested).
